Customer Service Manager
East Barnet, Hertfordshire

Servicing Stop is the UK's leading car servicing company, more recently famous for its success on Dragon's Den! Although very challenging, the role has huge scope with room to develop the company.
The ideal candidate must have experience in a customer service role, with a solid career history in the motor industry. They must also be a real hands on person, who can come up with new ideas to improve business.
Job Role:
They will be expected to investigate and respond to daily issues over the telephone and in writing. Implement new systems to improve the running of the department. Improve customer feedback ratings. Actively get involved in the sales and bookings departments, to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service. Oversee corporate accounts. Provide training if and when required.
Skills:
To be able to Empathise with the customer's situation, communicate clearly both written and verbally, be thick skinned' and have the ability to handle upset customers, Investigate the customers' situation and come to an amicable resolution, be tactful and understanding of the customer needs.
Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office, quick learner to use the in house database, app 50 WPM
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
